Challenge:
Sartor London needed an elegant, travel-friendly duffle bag that doubles as a garment carrier for suits. Their priority was premium materials, a structured look, and logo embossing that matched their high-end image. They also needed full privacy labeling.

Solution:
We worked closely with their design team to develop a structured suit duffle bag using eco-leather and reinforced zippers. A custom garment-folding system was added inside. The logo was debossed on a leather patch for a subtle, refined look.
Sample was ready in 6 days. After approval, production and export to the UK took 38 days.

Challenge:
TitanX was looking for durable, sweat-resistant duffle bags with shoe compartments and bold logo printing. Bags were to be used as part of their new member welcome kits. Delivery within 45 days was critical for campaign timing.

Solution:
We customized a polyester-based gym bag with a ventilated shoe pocket, water-resistant lining, and wide handles for gym use. Logos were printed using high-contrast heat transfer on both sides.
Our factory provided pre-production samples in 5 days. Mass production was completed within 3 weeks.

Result:

Challenge:
NovaCore was preparing for their 10th anniversary and wanted to send out

premium travel duffle bags as corporate gifts to their top clients and partners.

The bag needed to feel luxurious yet practical for international travel, and include

their logo in a discreet, elegant way.

Solution:
We developed a sleek travel duffle using waxed canvas with leather trim, adding a custom interior lining printed with the NovaCore logo pattern. A laser-engraved metal plate with their branding was placed on the front. Interior compartments included a tech organizer and a zip shoe pocket.
From concept to sampling, we delivered the first prototype in 7 days. Bulk production took 26 working days.

Result:
