At Custom Duffle Bag, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected. This policy explains how returns and refunds work on our site.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your item — no questions asked.

  • The cancellation period is 30 days from the date you (or a person you authorized, other than the carrier) received the product.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 30 days.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

  • No extra fees will be charged for processing the refund.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, please ensure:

  • The item was purchased within the last 30 days.

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for the following items:

  • Customized or personalized duffle bags made to your specifications.

  • Items that by their nature cannot be resold (e.g. perishable goods or time-sensitive items).

  • Products unsealed after delivery for hygiene or safety reasons.

  • Items that are inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.

How to Return an Item

  • You are responsible for the shipping cost and any risk involved in returning the item.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

  • No refunds will be processed until we have received the returned item or proof of return delivery.

Gift Returns

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

  • Once your return is received, we’ll email or mail you a gift certificate.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift-giver first:

  • The refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
